ADMISSIONS


 

Admission is open to all students on the basis of merit according to the guidelines set by the 
Ministry of Education and availability of seats.
Procedures for Admission
Ø  Parents are requested to do the Pre-registration online or by walking into the school’s office 
and get the Prospectus with Admission application form.
Ø Assessment test is compulsory from KGII onwards. 
Ø Assessment test results will be announced within two days.
Ø  Pupil has to be present along with parents while taking the admission.
Ø  All the fields in Admission Application form is mandatory. It should be duly filled and signed 
by the parent/guardians with correct details. Incomplete forms will not be considered
Ø  Day Boarding can be applied on the same day of admission with the chosen disciplines. 
However allotment of seats is based upon the screening by school authority.
Ø  Parents might meet the Transport supervisor and confirm before taking admission whether 
the bus route is  provided for their location
Ø  All the below mentioned documents are to be verified in the school administrative office. 
Parents must ensure prior to admission that the necessary documents are attested as per 
ministry rules.
Ø  Selection will stand cancelled if the documents are not submitted on the stipulated date.
Ø  The decision of school authority on the allotment of Class and Division will be final. No 
request will be entertained in this regard.
Ø  All admissions are subject to approval from Ministry of Education, Ajman
School Fees 
Ø  Fees are payable termwise as mentioned in the fee structure.
Ø  Mode of payment: By cash, Current Dated Cheque ,card or online.
Withdrawals
Ø  The parent of who wishes to withdraw their ward from the school, should fill in the withdrawal 
form available in school’s office and fulfill the procedure of Cancellation.
Ø  Request for School Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate has to be given a month 
in advance by filling up the TC Application form available in the school administrative office.

The age limit set by the MOE for admission to the respective classes are as follows:

Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission

  • Copy of the Student’s passport with valid visa page
  • Six recent passport size photographs of the child
  • Copy of the birth certificate
  • Copy of the Vaccination Card/ Fitness certificate/ Student health file of the previous school  (Applicable only for KG1, KGII & Grade 1)
  • Copy of Student’s Emirates ID.
  • Copy of the Sponsor’s Passport with valid visa page
  • Copy of sponsor’s emirates ID
  • (Grade 2 onwards) Photocopy of the Mark Sheet/ Annual Report card of the last examination passed at the previous school.
  • (Grade 2 onwards) Original Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate of the school last attended as per the guidelines given below:-

a) For students coming from outside UAE, the following order of the attestation must be observed for the Transfer Certificate.

  1.  The TC must be in English Language.
  2.  The TC must be countersigned by the Ministry of Education or the Education Bureau of the respective country. i.e., District Education Officer (for State / Matriculation Schools) / Zonal or Regional Officer (for CBSE / ICSE schools)
  3. Embassy or Consulate in UAE of the country where TC was issued.
  4. UAE Foreign Affairs

b) Students coming from within UAE are required to submit the original Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate of the school  last attended, attested by the Ministry of Education of the emirate (for other than Ajman Zone Schools).

PLEASE NOTE :

  • Original PASSPORT,BIRTH CERTIFICATE and REPORT CARD to be presented at the time of admission
  • The documents will be forwarded to the Ministry of Education for their verification and approval.
  • If the parent fails to submit the required documents on time as per his/her undertaking, the Admission will be cancelled. The school will not be responsible if the admission is not approved by the Ministry Of Education due to non-submission of incomplete documents. The child will not be treated as a bonafide student.

School Fees

  • Fees are payable in advance before 10th of every month.
  • Mode of payment: By cash, Current Dated Cheque or card
  • Fees can be paid monthly, Quarterly or yearly as per parent’s convenience

Withdrawals

  • The parent of who wishes to withdraw their ward from the school should fill in the withdrawal form available in school’s office and fulfill the procedure of Cancellation.
  • Request for School Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate has to be given a month in advance by filling up the TC Application form available in the school administrative office.
  • TC will be issued only after all school dues have been cleared.
